All commissions are for digital products only.

I reserve the right to decline any order that I am not comfortable with.

For SKEB (Surprise Me) requests, please be as specific as possible, as no updates will be given during the process.

Payments are accepted via PayPal or Korean Bank Transfer.

Work will begin only after full payment is received.

Additional fees apply for PSD files or NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) requests.

No previews, updates, or revisions will be provided during the creative process.

Revisions are only allowed for errors or missed details from the original request.

Up to 2 revisions are allowed during the process.

No revisions will be accepted after the final files have been delivered.

If there is no response or the file is not collected within one week of completion, the order will be marked as finished.

Any revisions requested after this point may incur additional fees.

The estimated turnaround time is 15 days to 2 months, depending on my schedule.

Final files will be delivered digitally in 1920×1080 resolution.

The commission is for personal and/or streaming use only unless stated otherwise.

Commercial use beyond streaming platforms (e.g. merchandise production) requires an additional fee.

I retain all rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed.

The client is granted a license to use the work based on the agreed terms.

No refunds will be issued once the work has started.

If the order is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued.

Please allow up to one week for a response.

If you do not receive a reply within that time, please feel free to send a follow-up email.

Delayed responses from the client (if additional information is needed) may affect the delivery time.

The use of my work for AI training or as AI datasets is strictly prohibited.

I do not accept requests for tracing or imitating other artists' work.
